Hello!
In my work, I combine elements of psychotherapy, art-making and counselling to offer personalized mental health care, so you can create space to feel well in your life. I currently offer online art therapy sessions to adults, adolescents and youth as well as open creative practice groups.
As a neurodivergent person, I am passionate about working with people to see how our unique ways of processing can work for us while living in the systems that aren’t designed for our brains. I help understand your unique ways of processing, and together we build a plan for you around self-advocacy, compassion and accommodation.
I have experience working with a variety of neurodivergent diagnoses (they can appear in multiples) and often work with clients who experience late-diagnosis ADHD and Autism. I also work with depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidal ideation, grief, trauma and life transitions.
I am not a diagnosing professional; however, I am extremely passionate about supporting folks who are experiencing their life in systems that aren’t always built for them. I like to research, share resources and work with each individual to discover what works for them personally and how to use those strategies to remove as much burnout and overload as possible.
